Hello, I have had a life I would never have believed as I
have wound up in California working for Hughes Aircraft Co.
until early retirement in 1987. Now I reside in Peoria, AZ, an area within Phoenix, AZ. I loved Los Angeles and am
in the process of moving back to CA near my daughter, Donna
Gooch Weiger. My life feels like three lives in one. I recall saying "I want a boring life". Last year was any-thing but boring but not exactly what I had in mind. I would love to hear from a classmate in the years of 1957 to
1959. I visited with Sheila Johnson when she was here with
Michael, her brother, several years ago. Now she is gone and Michael lost his life in a plane accident. I nearly joined them recently in the ER when for no reason my heart stopped! I thought I was going to take a nap out of boredom, but that was interrupted when nurses began shooting electricity through me with those paddle thingies!
Do not recommend this thrill one bit! Anyone out there remember me? Let me hear from you. Thank you hostess for allowing me this time and space on your Dreambook. ...Joan

Moved to and lived in Pasadena, Tx for 34 years. Moved to Silsbee and retired in 2002. I live on the edge of the Big Thicket and fight with it every spring. It wants my place. Married a girl from New Jersey! We have three grand daughters. Still ride a Harley and four wheelers in my backyard. Which belongs to the lumber company but they are never around to catch me.

My family moved to Norman, Oklahoma the summer prior to my Senior Year. After 42 years, I am attempting to make contact with old friends, most of whom also graduated with me from James Bowie Jr. High and traveled on with me through French High. It has always seemed like "unfinished business," not being allowed to graduate with my friends in 1959. I adored the teacher, Zulma Smith.

Hoy is in Dallas with Southwest Airlines and Kristy is in Tampa Fl. working and going to school.Kay retired from teaching after twenty five years. Hello! I am enjoying the browse through the past. My wife and I are retired and divide our time between two homes in Texas, Houston and Burnet, when not traveling. Sherrill and I have been married for 40 years as of Oct.24th. We have 3 children Troy 38 lives in Kingwood,Texas, Tod 36 lives in Lake Jackson,Texas and Kristi Benson 31 lives in Beaumont. We have two grandchildren a grandson Andy and a granddaughter Cassie who live in Lake Jackson. I'm still working for Mobil but hoping for an early retirement very soon. We are most anxious to get back to Beaumont area closer to those we miss and love. Had a GREAT time at 40th class reunion. So good to see "old" friends.
