Garage Sale

The garage sale was a lot of work, and HOT, hot, hot!
THANK YOU, to those who donated money and garage sale items for the up-coming Mass Reunion. There were a lot of expenses, ( ad's, food, drinks, signs and tents, but over all it was FUN and we did raise some much needed money.) Heck we might even do it again. *LOL* WHEN IT'S COOLER!

My heart felt thanks and love to those that came out to support FHS, but my deepest apprication to those that helped! Alot of work goes into planning and working for the Mass Reunion, and without the help we couldn't do it!

      To my workers!!

      Ron Eller '63 -
a very dedicated Buffalo, gives time, money and hard labor towards all the Mass Reunions, his blood is oranger than mine I think sometimes, Thank you! Thank you, Thank you! ((((hugs))))

My son, Mike - without his love and help I couldn't do what I do, He takes time off work to always be here and to help me and "watch over mama", to keep me from killing myself! Thank you son, I love you!! I guess you did get some of my orange blood after all!

Carol Derousell '79 - Goodness, what can I say about all your help and support, you put up with all my crazy ideas and are always here to help me with what ever we do. Without your laughter, smiles, and Buffalo Spirit I would really go crazy!((HUGS))
Carol works at Art Signs and with their help I'm able to order FHS items ( mugs, bumper stickers, etc) on credit, and pay as money comes in, Thank you ART SIGNS!

Denise Desoto '75 - Denise is always at my meetings with laughter, smiles and ideas. She was one of my "cashiers" at the garage sale, she donated items and time for the cause. She even brought another alumni to the garage sale for support. Thank you Eileen Smallwood '81, for coming out and being with us. Denise, thank you again and again for all your work, laughter and support with the FHSAA! ((hugs))

Betty Sue & Mary Lou Kovar '63 - What can I say? These two have so much FHS spirit! You can always see them in their orange tee-shirts, hats and now their new FHS wrist bands! That's true FHS spirit! They both helped cashier at the garage sale, baked cookies, and helped! They both come to the meetings and show their support! Thank you - Thank you! Thank you for your warm smiles and caring hearts!(((HUGS))!

Thank you to those to donated garage sale items

We had a secret donator - donate a lot of garage sale items! Thank you ((hugs))

Brenda Abshire '68 - Came out Friday evening to help price and brought a few garage sale items. Lisa Gay - though she had to finish at Central, she is a TRUE Orange Blooded Buff! She came out Friday with garage sale items, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support!
Thank you Gary Russell '76 and Gary Cobb '80 for coming out to the garage sale! I can't begin to tell you what the support means to us. It take so little to show FHS support!
I was though, very disappointed that more alumni, that live right here in area didn't come by for a cold drink and to show a little support to the cause. :-( !! You all missed out on a lot of fun and great items!

A VERY BIG THANK YOU goes out to the out of town BUFFS that couldn't be here to donate items or help, but sent in money donations ((((((HUGS)))))) & Love!

My neighbor - Jorge, loaned me a tent frame and it was a life saver! thank you, thank you!

Sunday my son and I loaded up some of the left over items (3 car loads full) and donated them to Goodwill. Then Tuesday Ron and I went though some of the other items and took some to the Womans Shelter On Major Dr. ( my van FULL!) And then took all the toys and stuffed animals to Buckner Childrens home. I feel the left over items went to very good causes. And believe it or not we kept a few items for our NEXT sale! ( a van full!!) *lol* yes, we had tons and tons of things, there wasn't enough room to display all the items in a orderly way! But the garage sale was a success!
Again thank you to those that came out to show their support for the FHSAA!!!!
